All of my feeders are personally hand-built with 1/2″ sign board (Plywood). The roofs are 3/4″ Pine. With joints glued and nailed, they are built for maximum strength and long life. I wrap four sides of the house with vinyl and laminate them. All bird feeders are hanging, and include a study wire to hang.  The wire can be easily cut or removed if you wish to place it on a pole.  Great for indoor or outdoor use.
